HandyDuo shop policies:

All HandyDuo items are handmade with love and care. All gloves, socks, etc., are made for selling purpose and have never been worn (except for taking pictures), before shipping they are being hand washed.

Payment

You can pay via your PayPal or Paysera account or you can use your credit card.  

We recommend Paysera as it “is a safe, cheap and easy way to perform payments or send and receive money online. Choose this payment method to pay faster and also get a chargeback of up to 1% from the purchase”.

Shipping

After received payment we will send your purchase within 5 business days via priority mail (the purchase will be registered and will get a special code which is sent to you by e-mail). We offer delivery all over the world.

The delivery usually takes:
Europe: 3-10 business days;
USA, Canada, Australia: 7-21 business days;
Rest of the World: 7-30 business days
(Business days = from Monday to Friday).
Please note that these times are only average ones and may be greater, especially during the period before Christmas, Easter and other holidays.

Returns and refunds

If you are unhappy with our item, you can return it within 14 days after its arrival. You should always contact us by e-mail at first for the return or exchange instructions. The item you wish to return must not be altered. Please note that we refund only the price of the item (we do not refund shipping expenses). The refund is made within 5 business days after the item returns to us. Also, you should know that custom made items cannot be returned.

We do not collect your personal information and use it only to process your orders and provide the best possible service.
